Goats and Wolves

An innocent  lamb,

unaware of  the wolves,

and treat them as goats.

Not until the they show their jaws,

will she realize that her hoofs

do not  have any claws.

Defenseless against the wolves,

she hides in the corner,

waiting for help.

When her fur was covered with blood,

her hope was still pure without mud.

Slowly she closed her eyes,

lying alone and aloof,

on the blood-stained grass,

where she still belieives

that the goats are her pals.

    omg, when i started to read the first few lines, it was just like the story line of a film called 《狼與小羊》(actually i have forgotten the name of that film, but i think it's something like that). It's a good and touching story though, unlike this one. I like happy endings you know and this one just seems a bit too sad.
